I am so pleased with the job Urban did on my home! Joe Michael was great to work with and the folks at the home office kept us informed well. Our roof looks fantastic!!!!!

I received quotes from two other large siding companies in Columbus that were more expensive and recommended installing the new vinyl over top of existing rotting T1-11 which I believe to be bad advice since my existing surfaces were not level (T1-11 overlapped at the seams) and were rotting. Urban did not recommend that and were willing to do the hard work of removing the rotting T1-11, installing new decking followed by house wrap and finally applying the vinyl board and batten from Royal Building products. The crew did a great job and worked from dawn until dusk every day until it was done. The board and batten has no seems and is a quality vinyl product. I probably should have had them install vinyl soffits and metal wrapped fascia as well as they originally suggested because I am spending way too much time painting the fascia and soffits. I highly recommend them.

WOW what a deck. We had contracted with Austin to repair a leak in our sun room. The sub-contract did a less than expected job. Austin came out and looked at the finished project and said it had to be replace at their expense. Over the next few months it was replaced and additional work performed that had not been done before. The leak is fixed and the deck was replaced and it is great. I would have no hesitation about hiring Urban Exterior for any other work that I need done, in fact they are preparing a bid to replace some gutters. We used Austin for both our roof last year and siding this year. They handled the entire process extremely well from dealing with insurance to the actual labor. We opted for the insulated siding he suggested and our AC unit is having a much easier job keeping up with the heat! Last year we could not keep the house more than 10 degrees cooler than outside temps, this year we're able to set it at the temp we want. Before we met with Austin Waddle (Urban Exterior) we were nervous because we needed a lot of work done to our home and had a specific budget. After Austin left our home and during the project we felt supported and knew we were getting our work done according to schedule, on budget, and that it would be done with precision. When they did our roof the materials were great quality, it was clean and they went around and cleaned up all the debris in the yard. We still get compliments on the job they did. Austin was there with us every step of the way and worked with our stingy insurance company until any issue was resolved. Once the roof was done we wanted them to help with all the updates needed on the house. We completed windows and downspouts/gutters next and at the end our house was beautiful and didn’t cost a fortune. If you are searching for an honest hardworking partner this is the company.
