I met Austin completely by chance when he moved his office for Urban Exteriors into the same building that I work out of. Needing an asphalt shingled roof replaced on my mobile home, I asked him to put together a quote for me and we would go from there. The quote came in exactly where I expected it too, even with the high quality materials that he was planning to use. Austin and I then worked out all of the details of the job and scheduled a date to get it done.

The day before install, the material was dropped off by Austin's supplier and I noticed that there was a minor miscommunication with the color of drip edge that was to be installed. I quickly called him and was assured that it would be taken care of. I was told that the install crew would be to my house between 7:00am and 7:30am on the day that it was to be completed. Five very friendly installers were at my house by 7:15am and on the roof starting the tear off by 7:30am. Roughly an hour later Austin brought the correct drip edge for the job. 

At the completion of the install, all five crew members went over my lawn and sidewalk with a fine tooth comb ensuring that all job related debris was cleaned up. There was absolutely no sign of them being at my house when they left, and my sidewalk actually looked nicer than when they arrived after they used their leaf blower to clean it off.

Overall through the whole project I am very pleased with Austin and Urban Exteriors. My new roof looks fantastic and every detail is exactly as I expected it to be. It's difficult to find good contractors, and its even more difficult to find good contractors to work on mobile homes. Austin never turned away from the job and was always available for any questions or revisions to the project. I highly recommend Urban exteriors and will definitely be using them again on any more projects that I need done to my home.

Before we met with Austin Waddle (Urban Exterior) we were nervous because we needed a lot of work done to our home and had a specific budget.  After Austin left our home and during the project we felt supported and knew we were getting our work done according to schedule, on budget, and that it would be done with precision. 

When they did our roof the materials were great quality, it was clean and they went around and cleaned up all the debris in the yard.  We still get compliments on the job they did.  Austin was there with us every step of the way and worked with our stingy insurance company until any issue was resolved.  Once the roof was done we wanted them to help with all the updates needed on the house.  We completed windows and downspouts/gutters next and at the end our house was beautiful and didn’t cost a fortune.
